Bank of Langfang, formerly known as Langfang City Commercial Bank, is a first-class corporate bank initiated by the People’s Government of Langfang Municipality in December 2000, and was renamed as Bank of Langfang Co., Ltd. in December 2008. As of the end of December 2022, Bank of Langfang had a total asset exceeding USD 39.829 billion, deposits exceeding USD 28.4 billion, nearly 2,500 employees, Tianjin Branch and Shijiazhuang Branch under its jurisdiction, and 103 business outlets all over the hinterland of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, serving more than 10 million customers. In 2023, Bank of Langfang ranked 91st among the top 100 banks in China in the core tier one capital, and ranked 361st in the list of “Top 1,000 Global Banks in 2023” by The Banker, an international financial magazine of the UK.
